X3 ModManager (X3MM) is a program for creating and modifying of catalog files.
Its features are:
- can create, delete, overwrite, rename and view any file within a catalog
- can compress and decompress packed files
- can activate and deactive active mod for X3
History
X3 ModManager is derived from X2 ModManager. In fact those two programs are very smilar. The only reasons why doubleshadow decided to write it were:
- to be able to activate/deactivate active mod for X3
- to get rid of shortcomings of previous version for X2 which were annoying
